Experienced this in Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlin today. Blown away!

Wow, so innovative!
For me it is worrying that for them the history of this area ends with the Romans. The water sources existed long before the Romans and were named by various peoples in this region. Ancient Israel, historically documented in this region for more than 1000 BC, gave the region's landscape many names, which, since Hebrew is also a Semitic language, are often very similar to Arabic. I understand Abboud's frustration with the modern occupation of the Palestinian territories, and the injustices that have been and continue to be committed in its wake, but the historical omissions to make the Palestinian settlement history and the right to live in the places she describes more authentic I think it's wrong to do that. I would like it to offer a more detailed historical look to people who often have no historical knowledge at all about the region, its peoples, traditions and languages. I find it difficult to listen to these partisan inaccuracies, reductions and historical inaccuracies. That's a shame because her art is interesting. I also think she should definitely mention that she is inspired by Native American/Canadian storytellers and water warriors - that would only be fair. Anyone who knows their stories will have deja vue here more than once.
Just think mate, until Marbo got Land Rights the Australian Aboriginals fought very hard to deny they the TI's were Aboriginals. Once you got Land Rights the Aboriginals swung on your coat tails to get Land Rights. Up until 12000 to 8000 years ago The TI Islands were above the water & there was a land bridge between & PNG & Australia. The water has been rising for more than 100000 years. The rising water has nothing to do with Climate Change.
Holy shit I didn't realize YOU were a Scientist. 😂😂😂😂 piss off

Ugo Rondinone? Ugo Rondinone was supposed to tell about the time when he was a rent boy and how his career came about. Or how he, as a roommate in shared apartments, stole from those who only had the bare essentials. Time heals all crimes. Now he's a big angel! CORRECTION: art dealers vs. art making: A HORROR ENDORSEMENT from a notorious art dealer and her call for exploitation: "One has to be evil, downright evil!" quote Eva Presenhuber; We publish these embarrassing statements because we are not the only ones who have been closely following this worrying development in the art market for some time. Former director of Presenhuber gallery: “She’s the type of person who will finish your sentences for you, she won’t let you finish talking. Is there any clearer proof of hubris? Still, she feels very good about it. Eva Presenhuber is rather a special kind of person. I think the best word to describe her would be sociopath. Eva Presenhuber was repeatedly told that her abuse of these artists, who threatened Rondinone's supremacy in the gallery, would become public knowledge. Insiders know that Eva Presenhuber has destroyed important artistic careers on behalf of Rondinone in the past. In fact, at Rondinone's request, she eliminated potential competitors to the point of financially damaging herself; It is thanks to Rondinone's machinations that Pipilotti Rist and Urs Fischer changed galleries. There's no remorse, she wouldn't even know what you were talking about!" Eva Presenhuber is consistently referred to as the Harvey Weinstein of the art world. But with the fundamental difference that male artists do not go to the police, even if a gallery owner like Presenhuber maliciously harasses them. If anyone has information on where to find Markl, please let us know! Markl has disappeared, we don't know if he is still alive. The puppet master behind this extermination campaign is Ugo Rondinone. (Ex-husband of Eva Presenhuber). Markl is one of the most influential artists today. The way in which some of the most influential contemporary artists are exploited by their peers can be compared to the most brutal psychological abuse of any other pejorative relationship, surely one of the bloodiest lines of business in existence. Of course, carefully hidden behind the mask of the finest, most humane and most sensitive of all motives, namely art. You have the right to know such compromising facts so that you can use your powerful influence on existing and future collaborations to react accordingly with your inner moral compass.

Oh Wow. Bernie! I would have loved to have met you and say thank you for your wonderful and important contribution. I saw the installation as well as the film. I really enjoyed it so much and was fascinated by it all. If you ever get to Melbourne feel I would love nothing more than to catch up for a coffee.

Great job. Congratulations!

I hear the Biennale of Sydney was criticized for not showing ‚famous‘ artists? That’s exactly, why I was traveling to Sydney from Germany: to see artists other than those, included in so many exhibitions, as the curators are on the safe side. For me the Sydney Biennale is so very interesting because I can discover artists, who are new for me. This is not a weakness, that should be criticized, but a strength.
Thanks for sharing, but...: 1. Portrait video, seriously?? Landscape format next time please! 2. Audio is barely listenable, using even a simple microphone would be so much better.
Hi Valerie, thanks for the feedback! We made this series of videos originally for Instagram TV, mobile view, which is why they're portrait. We'll see what we can do about the audio for future videos. We're also working on some additional content landscape videos for RUclips, they'll be released progressively over the coming months.
